I love it but one of the hoops doesn't work, ever since I got here it doesn't work, I wanted to charge it and charger doesn't fit it, the entrance is flat, the other smooth ring, the bluetooth equal without problems and everything. A hoop doesn't work well, in fact nothing, but everything else does.
